Has anyone successfully installed a Simplisafe Home Security system in Mexico? The system is offered on Amazon Mexico, but when I checked Simplisafe's website, it says "SimpliSafe is not able to provide products or services outside of the US and the UK." Source:

Thanks, Ferret. My understanding was that MDF is pressure treated with chemicals added, and therefore resistant to termites, but I will research this further.

I’m looking to replace kitchen cabinets and closets due to a termite issue and want to use MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard). Which stores locally or in Guadalajara would you recommend for pre-manufactured (off-the-shelf) cabinets and closets? And what about custom-made cabinets/closets? Do local carpenters work with MDF or is it usually only solid wood? Thanks.

Thanks dichosalocura. I currently have a few duranta plants in my garden, but they don’t flower. Perhaps a different species than duranta erecta? How fast does duranta erecta grow?

@Go Solar Tier 1 panels generally offer 25-yr warranty and cost much more than Tier 2. If wattage is increasing rapidly, one might replace tier-1 panels in 10-yrs. If so, what is the added value of spending extra for tier-1?

This year in particular, smoke from fires combined with the heat has impacted my breathing. I’m seeking solutions. Keeping windows closed during fires helps a bit. A room air purifier should help cleanse the air. What about an air conditioner with PM2.5 filters or HEPA filters? Do they work and they available here or in Guad.? Any other solutions? Thanks.

On the receipt you received last year when you paid your annual refrendo, in 2nd section titled datos de vehiculo, you'll find MOTOR. Enter that in numero motor. (I assume this is the serial number on a vehicle's engine and no idea what they use for trailers)

I have Telcel's Amigo Sin Límite plan and starting about 4-5 days ago, when I receive a text message, I get the same text 6-8 times. When I ask the sender if they sent the same text that many times, the answer is always "no." Is this issue happening to anyone else? Thanks.
