Just read this butt squeezer:
All of Mexico’s approximately 15 million seniors have now had the opportunity to be vaccinated against Covid-19, but some 4 million decided not to get a shot.
President López Obrador said Tuesday that just over 11 million people aged 60 and over had received at least one dose of a vaccine. Seniors who haven’t yet had their second required dose will receive it in the coming weeks and months.

You will need to renew a Jalisco license:
Renew regular $766 Chofer $864 50% discount with INAPAM card given at Recaudadora
I just got back from paying for my Chofer renewal. The price is $766. When I questioned the clerk I was told that the Chofer license is $864 only on the initial issuance and is $766 for the renewal. I received my 50% discount without the clerk even looking at my INAPAM card.

If you think common civil laws with their protections are worthless, then go that way.

My read on the fiador issue is not that the property owner or manager wants a guarantee of payment, it is they want you to agree to arbitration vs the legal system to handle any disputes.

The VA just confirmed my next Monday appointment for the J&J one shot and done vaccine in Harlingen. They offer by appointment both J&J and Moderna. They also will vaccinate spouses.

I've been spoiled with AAA roadside assistance up north, what if anything is available here for coverage caused by breakdowns ?
Green Angels patrol all federal and toll highways in Mexico and offer free assistance in the case of a breakdown, accident, or medical emergency. They are knowledgeable about road conditions and can provide basic tourist services. The Green Angels are funded by Mexico's Secretary of Tourism.

None. 8 family members have had it. All but two were able to take hydroxychloroquine + zith + zinc + vitamin C regimen quickly and had mild cases. Two were in U.S. without access to this and fared much worse but recovered fully. One of them was hospitalized.
How many were actually tested to have covid-19?

...vehicle is in the Mexican customs data base.
This is the funniest thread I have ever read. It may be in the database tied to a passport number. That passport number may not be able to get a TIP but every time you renew a passport the number changes. I made sure when introducing a "chocolate" into Mexico for sale that I factored in a new passport with the price.
