I made an Order on TEMU and said I would pay at OXXO. I read that OXXO generates an invoice but it doesn't say if I get the invoice by email or go to an OXXO and give my email address and they give me the invoice. Anyone with experience to educate me? Thanks.

Yes, I know I should and I will ask an attorney, but I figured I could get a little advanced heads-up from someone who has been there and done that. My wife and I are both permanent residents, own property and have decent income. My wife has an adult daughter with four children ranging from 9 through 18. The 9-year old is special needs. I would like to bring then here to live. What is involved? As I said, just looking for a heads-up. Thanks.

From what I read and am told, in very rare occasions, and depending on the damage, heart muscle can regenerate, or can be "covered" by "new" or "bypass" muscle. There are no stock, one-size-fits-all answers. There are still more things that are unknown about the human than you might imagine. -

Totally correct. I know directly some EMTs have been authorized to make the call to give a clot buster en0route. They have special training and experience. Not many, but some. My problem is that I wasn't allowed to be admitted until my wife could get $80,000.00 into the possession of the hospital. Aspirin takes more time to get into the system, but clot busters are specifically designed to break up clots. As to how I knew it was an M.I., I had read enough to know the symptoms. Also, immediate. E.R. lab work showed dying heart muscle. The more damage there is to the heart, the more troponin is released into the blood. So, measuring the amount of troponin in the blood can also help estimate how much of the heart has been damaged. Higher than normal troponin levels may also be found in other conditions that can damage heart muscle. -

The "P" in P. M. stands for "Private." I don't think any Mod. is concerned about the content of a P.M. unless it is a threat, etc. But then, some people enjoy being nasty and needing attention. If the shoe fits ....... -
First a reminder that if you don't like a poster you can block them. Being nasty isn't needed. Also, before I made this post, I communicated with Mod. #2 and confirmed I could make it. The first hour after the onset of a heart attack is called the golden hour. Appropriate action within the first 60 minutes of a heart attack can reverse its effects. This concept is extremely important to understand because most deaths and cardiac arrests occur during this period. A little over a year ago, I was walking to my house from the Fracc office, when I started feeling pain in my chest. It started spreading and I knew it was an M.I. I got to my house and laid down, but the pain continued. I told my wife, whose first language is Spanish, to call an ambulance, which she did. Having more than a slight knowledge of medicine, I knew what I needed. When the ambulance arrived, I was getting into a lot of paid. I said to the EMTs that I needed Streptokinase, which in the U.S. is often carried in ambulances. No response. I was taken to the E.R. in one of the new large, impressive hospitals before you enter Ajijic proper. The Cardiologist on duty, very well known locally, came to be. I was in bad shape. Through the pain, I told him I needed Streptokinase, which is a very effective and reasonably inexpensive clot buster. He told me "We'll take care of you," and not to worry. My wife was there and had ridden in the ambulance with me. Now comes the kicker. The doctor told my wife I needed to be admitted to the hospital for tests and treatment, but before I could be admitted, she needed to put up a deposit of $80,000.00 (pesos). He also asked if we owned a house, which we did. Of course, my wife didn't have $80,000.00 in her purse or at the house. All of this time, the clock was running on the Golden Hour which was coming u fast. My wife contacted our bank, MultiVa, and finally arranged to get the money to the hospital. By this time, my Golden Hour was well passed. I was admitted to the hospital. My pain was reduced and I had an I.V. (Normal saline). The pain was gone. The next morning, the doctor talked to me and my wife and said I needed such-and-such a procedure and tests and they would be very complicated and expensive and he suggested I would be better off to go see my regular Cardiologist in California at Keck Medicine at U.S.C. I was on the next flight and went to my doctor. My doctor is the Chief of Cardiac Medicine at Keck. Bottom line: The time taken to get the $80,000.00.00 had taken its toll and a portion of the heart muscle had died, leaving me with heart failure. For those of you who may be interested, the Cardiac Echo I was given showed an E.F. of 43. My doctor opined that had I been given a clot buster immediately, I probably would not have the amount of cardiac muscle loss I have, which is non-reversible. Lesson Learned? I don't know, you figure it out.

I did a search but results out of date. I prefer not to go to one of the new hospitals. Direction appreciated. Thanks.

No, it's not an autobiography, it's a screenplay. You should have a verifiable track record and will need to sign a confidentiality agreement. Thanks.

How much does oxxo charge to take a netflix payment?
Eric Blair replied to Eric Blair's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
At that price for OXXO, it's cheaper to use my CC and pay the foreign exchange fee. I might chance banks. I also can't use the MultiVa debit card online, MultiVa rejects it. -
I want to add one supporting thing for Skype. When you call from your computer, and maybe your phone, Skype has Captioning in ether glisten or Spanish. For me, with a major hearing problem, this is a real blessing. Skype also has some very decent pay plans that I feel are well worth the moderate price.

Online card problem Mercadolibre
Eric Blair replied to Eric Blair's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
I'm sorry I wasnot clear. It is much more convenient to order online from the house. If I use a credit card from the U.S., Iget charged a Foreign conversion fee by the CC company. -
I had a debit card from MultiVa. It was registered on M.L. for some years. Worked fine for buying. The card needed to be replaced and when I tried to put it on M.L., it was rejected 2X. MultiVa has no credit card. I want to stay w/MultiVa where I have had an account for over 15-years. Plus, it gives 10% interest on an investment account. I don't know what other banks give. I shop a lot on M.L. I have talked a few times in the last 15 years, with the branch manager and was told a credit card was in the works. Suggestions?
