Yes hes an Architect! Before to do my roof a get two more estimate! 1 wants to remove all my old roof tiles and the prices was $65 000pesos. And the other was $24 500 pesos, but only a normal process and only 3 year of garranty! And the Rully ofert better price but the more important a garranth on hes work and materials! Thats more better! To paid mich money and not have a nice work! Saludos

Anyone had experience with floating a new ceiling with styrofoam or new style plastic panels ? I thought about drywall, but it just seems that MDF would be too heavy.

Is complicated! But if you used other material,  and no cement, you can have many problems, if you have some roof leaks! I think you need to plasterin all youre ceiling and make all looks same desing or finish!  and get a contractor whit work guarantee! Saludos

The galvanized fencing are expensive to, probably only 20 % more cheap, but is you make a brick wall you have more warranty and secury for youre property, check price, I have a contact for fencing they are in san antonio, if you want the contact, send ma a PM, nice day.

Well in my opinion the bricks are much better, and yes you need a permit! And is to high so you need a good foundation and a great concrete to have a good work and quality wall!

That is whit Architec, I think whit a Contractor is more expensive, because the Contractor new to paid for Architec or Engineer civil, to make inspection for the work project!
