If you are using a android phone open all your apps and find the Google play store, then in the search bar type in Arrivecan and download it, then open it up. You will then have an option to register your account, email and create a password, a verification screen will pop up, Arrivecan will send you the verification code to your registered email, enter this code amd you should be good to go.
