I have someone now (who is being well paid) who is unreliable and not doing what I need, so I'd appreciate some referrals. I know some people in my area overpay (the gringo rate) and I really don't want to do that.

No. They will accept packages, but remember they are in the US, so they will forward a package to you. I have had packages delivered that they send via Fedex, and that still has to go through customs, so I don't recommend you get medication this way. If you can find someone to bring it to you, it is really better.

No one said anything about it being earth shattering. I mentioned it because it was a lack of response and correction to a simple item and it was not done. It is a small thing, but the point is, along with the other things, it adds up. I think the store is nice and the staff mostly helpful, but restaurant wise, it's disappointing.

I agree with the need for a local bank. So much more convenient! Relying on ATM not a good idea and limits on how much cash you can get, then the problems with the machines....just not worth it. Better to spend the time going through the process of opening a local account. Dealing with live person is better.
