I guess I wasn't clear enough in my original post. I need the tall cylinder replaced. I have had the small BBQ tanks replaced at the location opposite the Bougainvilleas/El Torito plaza in the past.

I need a propane (LP) cylinder replaced/exchanged. Any suggestions for an English speaking supplier - driver?

I am a Canadian and, unless the Cdn Gov't. changes the rules, my wife and I will need a PCR test to fly home for Christmas. I'd be interested in any personal experiences that others have with getting and using a PCR test in the area to fly to Canada.
