They were doing it speedily until a couple of months ago. Then nothing. 

On friday i had a customer do a request and was done in a hour.

Hopefully it continues.

Ilox have just started doing this again, and very quickly as well.

So if anyone interested...also works with telmex, wizz, ifibra etc.

Strange how i have been receiving chemo for free for past 18months with s.p.

Quite a few do use bikes but not the bike lane.

Non have lights. I drive early mornings and is as dangerous as hell. They have a death wish .

Dont stop at traffic lights, dont look behind when turning. Just crazy.

I have had treatment there for 18 months, and continuing.

I had to pay for infusor appx, 800 pesos, emend tablets appx 2000 pesos ,optional, acido foliatico 2000 pesos, twice a month.

The actual chemo was always free.

This was for appx a year.

From July all items were available for free.in december i started with new treatment tablets to take at home. Cost 7000 pesos. Free under s.p.

I would get your friend to check, its not expensive even when some items arent available.

Thats so strange, i have been receiving cancer treatment at the instituto cancerologia for 18 months or more with s.p.

Dont worry about it they all do.

Im happy with telmex i get 20 to 25mbps, no ip change needed. However this varies from street to street ,even house to house.

I also like that telmex have a local squad of techs should it go down, ilox dont.

Since wizz changed its name it also seems to be pretty reliable these days.

Ilox when it works seems fine ,but just too many doubts for me, but many are pleased with it.

However the lack of modems, now this not changing ip address and total lack of communication, prepaids still waiting, are red flags for me.

Telmex and wizz supply customers with a public ip address from the start. Only ilox are different.

Lcscats. I think this is the case, i have met Tom kessler a few times and he mentioned this many months ago.

Why dont ikox just come out and say it or explain the problem.

Im sure i read some where that if a customer requests an ip change ,they have to do it!

It is Mexico of course.

Does anyone actually watch this rubbish?

I switched off when it got to the yeehahs. 

Since ilox came to town i have as part of my iptv service, had to ask them to change from private to public ip addresess.

Until 3 weeks ago they have been extremely efficient and done this within hours.

However 3 weeks ago things have changed for the worse, they send a standard email saying its been passed onto their engineering dept and will advise when change made.

When i asked why the changes i got no response.

My clients have also contacted them, again without success.

They arent doing themselves any favors.

Coincidence this change happened around same time as lack of boxes and no installs.
