I'm sorry for the confusion, Fred.   I clicked on the Open Circle post.  I did think that person looked too healthy to be terminally ill.  

Sending my condolences to you, Fred, at this very sad time.   You supported Barbara in having her last wish, i.e. to pass at home.  Most want that but few are able to achieve that.   Know that you did your very best and at the same time, you are human.    I'm sure you have had many happy and memorable times over the years. Hold these close to your heart.  After listening to the Open Circle talk, I realized that I had met Barbara on more than one occasion.   💔

I have sent you a DM with my experience with my terminally ill husband.  

I have bought lamp oil at a store located on the west side of the street just south of where Pedro's Go restaurant is located.  They sold a wide variety of cleaning supplies.   Not sure if the store is still there.  

I've been using the services of David for several years and find him to be an excellent worker.  He also has contacts, i.e. plumbers, electricians, etc. who work with him.   David is reliable and is punctual and will send a message if he is going to be late.  He cleans up each day.   He's the best we've found!  

IMHO So Chic Boutique is the best in the quality of clothes.  I've sold and bought many items there.

I did google that but didn't come up with an email address and phone numbers.  I did find a CDMX telephone number 55-4631-3608 but it was a recorded message  which I did not understand.   

I'm looking for directions to the place in El Chante that has paragliding.   I did find a website with a telephone number for enquries but it was just a recording which was not helpful.   Thanks in advance for any help.

We're in a similar boat, Gringal.  When we moved here from Canada more than 16 years ago, we applied for private medical insurance but were turned down due to pre-existing conditions.  With not having to pay for private insurance, 'NOB'  property taxes or heating and air conditioning, we're ahead of the game.  We've had several operations/procedures including  brain surgery, pacemaker replacement, coronary artery stents (5 for me and 2 for spouse), as well as other operations.   

Are they still giving Pfizer vaccines at the University in Guadalajara?

Unfortunately our airline tickets are non-refundable (can't change them either).

I'm hoping under the Essential Travel into the United States that individuals traveling for public health purposes might include obtaining a J&J vaccine.

Is it possible for Canadians to fly into Tijuana airport then cross into the U.S. by way of the CBX Crossing?   Any Canadians with recent experience doing this?

Problem solved.  Thanks to Ron at Solar Technology for his recommendation (also Maincoons) of Arturo.  Our instant on hot water heater is compatible with our solar hot water system.  Apparently we had the temperature of the water heater set too high.   Argh!

We're looking for a plumber who is familiar with instant-on hot water heaters used in conjuction with solar hot water system.  Sometimes in the colder, cloudy weather, the solar system does not provide hot water.  We've had an instant-on hot water heater which used to work as a back-up to the solar system but isn't working now.
