We went there today to see the remodel, It is spectacular,new entrance way with reception desk and new wide stairs easy for seniors to get up, there are now 15 tables in room, all across the front with 8 table looking at lake, The food and drinks are the same top Quality, prices the same as always, The decor also great very comfortable chairs..the Hotel will be opening in a couple months, Looking forward to many meals there now...

Yesterday inspectors were checking restaurants in Ajijic, They found smokers in Scallions Ajijic and gave owner a citation. this morning at El Jarden, it was almost empty because the regular smokers were not there, I wonder where they are going to go now?
