Ferreteria / construction place between El Barco and Multiva has large selection of propane tanks. Not sure about hot water tanks but Casa del Plomero should ( near Strom-White, mountain side. Unless you have buckets of extra cash, don't be sucked in by heaters that have ultra-fast double sets of burners for super-quick heating. They burn thru LP like a forest fire. This house has two ( only one of that type) and that one is permanently shut down now!! PM for more info.

Not sure how long ago you're talking about. Intercam and Multiva are two that many have chosen. Intercam lets you write a check on your US or Canadian account to yourself and the money comes to you in pesos. Yes IC issues debit cards. Ask someone else about Multiva.

Canada does that too so one must always be sure not to touch one ( or more) months of payments they'll claw back automatically.

The raspberry canes that fruited this season get cut down as close to the ground as you can. They will never fruit again. Meanwhile, this year's NEW canes ( brighter leaves right now, no fruit or blossoms ), are best if thinned out to the best 6 - 8 stems, to be kept for next year's fruit. I always tied them up on a 3-wire one-dimensional fan-out system rather than let them flop all over during winter months. This produces stronger, more upright canes for easier management and picking Only blackberry experience was with wild ones, so can't comment on those.

Two extremely well socialized and human-oriented kittens were abandoned overnight a short time ago at a caring vet clinic's front door. They've been treated for fleas and worms, have had first vaccinations, and have been spayed/neutered. NOT litter-mates and up to anyone--- take one or both. Guaranteed loving home a requisite. Doctor contacted me to help spread the word, and I'll see them for myself next Tuesday. I HOPE I'm allowed to bring this up...... mods? I read (Mx news) 2 weeks ago that Mexico will be offering boosters.... seniors and other risky categories first in line (hoping to role them out in conjunction with flu shots). BUT... and this is a HUGE biggie IMO...... they will either be ( depending on what arrives in any area) Russian (Sputnik) or Cuban (forget the name) neither of which is (1) approved by WHO, and (2) effective against new variants. His beneficence agreed that people always have a choice ( quite a reversal from earlier in pandemic statements) that if "people" ( thinking doctors, clinics, ???) want to purchase and import and sell vaccs' like Pfizer and Moderna, there's nothing to stop them. SO... since NO WAY is an ineffective unapproved shot going into MY body, will certainly appreciate if anyone learns where one can PAY to get a decent one. Price won't be cheap, but cheaper than getting to NOB and back.
