Hey kiddo...Kefir is sooooo easy to make ...just need to find the grains.

Order Kefir grains. It is soooooooo easy to make. Just milk in a jar on the counter..add the kefir grains..the next day strain out the kefir grains.. and there you have kefir.

The co-pay for it NOB is astronomical. It works great at clearing up psoriasis. My hubby gets an injection every three months. Does anyone know if it's available in Mexico? Hopefully cheaper than NOB.

There are horses in danger...the owner can't get to them! Does anyone have an update? If it gets into the forests ...that could get really bad.
