Before you do anything drastic - uninstall the Background Apps & Processes app and reinstall. There have been issues and this seems to resolve it.1 point

Ishop checks your paperwork then does everything else to send and receive back your new passport. When I did mine several months ago Ishop charged 630 pesos for the sending and receiving. They called me when the passport returned to San Antonio.1 point
