  2. It is about Serenata on the west side of Ajijic, read what is being written. "Seeking alternate place on west side, especially with Fiestas P in full swing in SAT (no parking access to Mario's 馃槩)."

  4. I believe you are saying you are using the BBVA app on your iPhone to access your account but at times when you want to do the same on your PC you need a code or what they call a token to gain access. I鈥檒l make that assumption. First, the phone does not need a wifi connection to sign onto the app. Not necessarily recommended unless you are using a VPN but wifi doesn鈥檛 have any bearing on using the BBVA cell phone app. Recently BBVA moved the access to the Token M贸vil from the opening screen. You used to be able to generate the code for your PC without logging on the BBVA app. Now you must login using the cell phone successfully. Then on top right area of the screen touch the 3 bars which is the app menu. The third option down is Token M贸vil. Touch that and then Generar C贸digo to get the 8 digit code needed to log in on the PC. You can change the portal options to eliminate the need for a token on each login but even when you do that it will be needed if you haven鈥檛 accessed the bank your PC in a long time.

  6. This is from several years ago. You can block your number by putting yourself on the do not call list for financial institutions every 2 years here: https://webapps.condusef.gob.mx/reus/app/registro.jsp and for regular marketing calls here: https://repep.profeco.gob.mx/

  8. Actually, this was reported by someone who was at SAT to get RFC with her husband and she was the last one they did that with, her husband did not have to have picture taken, etc as the notice had just come down that foreigners no longer needed it. Of course, if one has a business that would be a different situation. I don't care, I have my documents and did not need a picture, signature, etc.

  9. We have it in our students' apartment in GDL. Flawless operation and service. Saves them hauling bottled water up three flights of stairs. Highly recommended.

  10. Banks generally send out those access codes by (cellular) text message to a cell #. If this is the case for you, then the WiFi connection would not be relevant.

  11. Tell that to CFE, your bank, your insurance company, your internet provider, and every other entity that is going to have to have a copy of your Constancia starting in January 2023. They will be required by SAT to have a copy of your constancia.

  12. I think there are also options on most phones to block numbers that are not in your contacts, that are spam numbers, or to at least ask you if you want to block an incoming call from a number you don't recognize.

  13. semantic as far as I was concerned it was correct because it was accepted and I got facturas until 3 years ago.

  14. Not trying to fight with you, but this is exactly what you said. Just because BBVA put a generic RFC number on your paperwork, doesn't mean you "got" an RFC.

  15. You said that you had a generic RFC before. What I am saying is that it it wasn't an RFC issued by SAT, who never issued generic RFCs, so it was never an RFC you "had"- it was just what banks and other entities used to fill in with people who didn't have RFCs or didn't provide them with the real one. And while banks and other businesses were issuing facturas with those generic RFCs, they could never be used for deductions, if one had a business and had to pay taxes, nor could they be used to lower capital gains amounts owing when selling a house, as far as I'm aware.

  17. Why don't YOU block ME??? I kind of get a kick out of the dichotomy of your posts...and no, not perverted (yeah...I am really into Nuns!); just the silliness!!! Your scolding of others for any slight deviation from your hardline views is kind of amusing....

  20. No you don't. There's a block function. I can't imagine what sort of perverted thrill you get out of referring to me ad nauseum as the "nun". You have the maturity level of a 13 year old cyberbully.

  22. So 7% total per sale. That has always seemed to me to be outrageous for, at least, highly overpriced Gringo property at Lakeside.
