Chair Yoga at LCS

A donation based class open to the public. In chair yoga, we translate traditional yoga poses and adapt them to sitting in a chair. We include some standing poses and use the chair for balance or support. This is particularly good for any one who has difficulty getting on to or up from the floor but can be a strong work out for any BODY. Join us every Friday at 2 pm at Lake Chapala Society, in Ajijic. It is held in the gazebo surrounded by beautiful gardens. All levels, including beginners are welcome.

I provide a donation based "chair yoga" class at LCS every Friday at 2 pm. You do not need to be a member to come.

We have the class in the back, in the gazebo. Please come a few minutes early to get settled in. Chair yoga is great for

all bodies and types. It can be a much more active class then one might expect. Open to all levels. Especially great

for those that may struggle to get onto a mat and back up.
