If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident living abroad, you can earn up to $126,500 tax-free under the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE). You must meet either the Bona Fide Residence Test or the Physical Presence Test (being outside the U.S. for 330 days in a 12-month span).

Obligation to File: Because you are a tax resident, you are required to file a Mexican annual tax declaration (Declaración Anual) if you exceed certain base exemption limits for Mexican-sourced employment or if your total worldwide income is over $400,000 MXN.

Tax Treaty Protections: The U.S.-Mexico Income Tax Treaty protects you from double taxation. To me it's more of a time as opposed to a different menu. I doubt... but of course could be wrong... that there is a place Lakeside that serves a brunch menu that can't actually be had if ones goes to breakfast a little late or lunch a little early.

I suspect that the restaurants mentioned above just 'say' brunch in their advertisement along with breakfast and lunch to cover all bases but actually don't serve much of anything different. Now there may be some place which actually does do something a bit different on Sundays and calls it 'Sunday Brunch' which is specifically what the OP asked about.

Regardless of where individuals stand on the issues, the message is clear: the long-term health of this important community organization is in peril – and deserves your attention. LCS belongs to its members – but serves a much broader community. If you care about its future, ask questions, attend board meetings, become informed, advocate for change, and insist on full disclosure by the board of directors to help ensure that the organization is governed professionally and legally.

The attached letters have all been made public, and they outline concerns about LCS we should all care about. The old guard on the board is more interested in self preservation than what is best for the organization. Change will only happen if we care enough to demand it.

They implemented this about 10 years ago, now finally put in practice, Nomads who work and earn income worldwide must pay taxes to SAT

https://chapala.com/webboard/index.php?/topic/105912-they-implemented-this-about-10-years-ago-now-finally-put-in-practice-nomads-who-work-and-earn-income-worldwide-must-pay-taxes-to-sat/&do=findComment&comment=775820

Looks like they don't want any non Mexican in mexico.
